heirloom tomatoes...or stuff my kid will never eat
Riffed on a Caprese salad last night by placing the farmer's market tomatoes and fresh mozzarella on top of some aglio e oglio pasta (with garlic & olive oil). Drizzled with balsamic. Pretty good.
